As multi-specialists, we offer the largest stock of spare parts and accessories. With over 900 brands available in our physical storage warehouse of over 9,000 m² located in southwestern France, we have more than 5 million references, including 40,000 in stock across 6 areas:

A team of 120 professionals

  • A national sales force: SDS is the only multi-specialist stockist in France with a team of 25 Sales Advisors in France (a sedentary team for Europe), close to our clients in the distribution of spare parts and accessories for White Goods, Brown Goods, and Grey Goods appliances, as well as security equipment and home automation

  • Two logistics teams representing a total of 40 people.

  • A telephone Customer Relations service and a Technical service to advise you, help you find the desired part, and immediately respond to quote requests.

  • A Purchasing service in daily contact with hundreds of manufacturing partners to ensure timely supplies of the right products at the right price.

  • A Marketing service to inform our clients about market trends and offer them attractive product ranges and promotions.

  • A Warranty service and an innovative and unique online tool on the market to assist our clients in managing their Manufacturer Warranty claims (for spare parts for Major and Small Household Appliances), handling 35,000 cases annually
